Welcome to TurboCredito, operated by Relaen OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “TurboCredito”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with registration number 16739517 and registered address at Kassi tn 4, Mustamäe linnaosa, 12618 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TurboCredito website intended for users in India (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the services made available through it. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “user” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Website or submit a request for financing options.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides users with a technology-based facilitation service that helps them access financing options offered by participating third-party financial institutions and lending partners, hereinafter referred to as “Lenders” or “Partners”.
TurboCredito is not a bank, non-banking financial company, lender or credit provider. TurboCredito does not itself grant, sanction, approve, determine the final terms of, or disburse any loan.
Based on the information voluntarily provided by the user and, where required, the user’s specific consent, TurboCredito may:
- Identify financing options that may be relevant to the user;
- Transmit the user’s information to one or more participating Lenders or Partners; or
- Redirect the user to a Lender’s or Partner’s website, application or other authorised channel.
Any information, indicative result, financing option or third-party content displayed on the Website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor does it represent a personalised recommendation by TurboCredito.
- No guarantee of loan approval: TurboCredito does not guarantee that any loan request will be approved. Approval, the loan amount, interest rate, annual percentage rate, repayment period, charges and all other conditions are determined exclusively by the relevant Lender in accordance with its eligibility criteria, internal policies, credit assessment and applicable law.
- TurboCredito is not a party to your loan agreement: Any loan or financing agreement entered into by you is an agreement between you and the relevant Lender. It will be governed by the Lender’s own terms and conditions, key facts statement, privacy policy and other contractual documentation.
You should carefully review the identity and regulatory status of the Lender, the key facts statement, applicable interest rates, fees, penalties, repayment obligations and all contractual documents before accepting any financing offer.
Nothing displayed on the Website should be understood as an approval, registration, authorisation or endorsement of TurboCredito by the Reserve Bank of India or any other regulatory authority.

- Processing by Lenders: Once your information has been lawfully transferred to a Lender, that Lender will process it in accordance with its own privacy policy, legal obligations and regulatory requirements. TurboCredito does not control the Lender’s independent credit assessment or decision.
- Further information: For details about the categories of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, recipients, retention, security measures and your available rights, please read our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurboCredito will not be responsible for:
- Information supplied by Lenders or Partners: TurboCredito does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability or continued validity of information supplied by third parties, including indicative rates, eligibility information, loan amounts, repayment periods, fees or approval criteria.

- Operation of the Website: TurboCredito does not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, available or free from technical errors. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network failures, security incidents, circumstances beyond our reasonable control or other technical reasons.
- Third-party services: TurboCredito is not responsible for the availability, security, content, systems, communications or conduct of any third-party website, application, Lender, Partner or service provider.
Liability limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurboCredito will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct, or any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
6. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications or online services, including those operated by Lenders and Partners. TurboCredito does not own or control these third-party services.
- Third-party content: TurboCredito does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, security, accessibility, terms, practices or privacy policies of third-party websites or applications.
- User responsibility: You access third-party links at your own discretion. Before submitting personal information or entering into an agreement, you should review the relevant third party’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, grievance-redressal information and regulatory disclosures.
The inclusion of a link does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, guarantee or recommendation of the relevant third party or its services.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available on the Website, including text, graphics, images, icons, logos, designs, software, databases, layout and other materials, is owned by or licensed to TurboCredito and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Restrictions on use: You may access and use the Website only for your personal and lawful use. Third-party names, logos and trademarks displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the data protection, information technology and financial-services requirements applicable to the relevant processing activity in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, to the extent that their provisions are in force and applicable.
Where the services are provided as part of a digital-lending arrangement involving a financial institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, the relevant data-protection and digital-lending requirements applicable to that arrangement will also be taken into account.
TurboCredito uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For further information about how your personal data is handled and how you may submit a privacy request or complaint, please read our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
TurboCredito may update these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to the Website, the services, participating Lenders, business practices, security requirements, applicable law or regulatory obligations.
The revised Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website with an updated effective date. Where required by applicable law, or where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice through an appropriate communication channel.
Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the revised version and will not retrospectively alter an existing agreement entered into directly between you and a Lender.
Your continued use of the Website after the revised Terms and Conditions take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Termination of the Service
TurboCredito may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website where:
- You breach these Terms and Conditions;
- You submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- We reasonably suspect unlawful, abusive or unauthorised activity;
- Suspension is necessary to protect the Website, users, Lenders, Partners or third parties;
- Suspension is required by law, a court, a regulator or another competent authority; or
- The Website or a relevant service is discontinued.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we may provide notice of the suspension or termination.
The suspension or termination of access to the Website does not automatically cancel or terminate any separate loan or financing agreement that you have entered into with a Lender. You must continue to comply with the terms of that agreement and contact the relevant Lender regarding it.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts, tribunals or statutory consumer-dispute forums having competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory consumer right, complaint mechanism or statutory remedy available to you under applicable law.
Any dispute relating specifically to a loan agreement, repayment obligation, charge, interest rate, credit decision or conduct of a Lender must ordinarily be raised with the relevant Lender in accordance with its grievance-redressal procedure and the terms of the relevant loan agreement.
12. Contact
If you have any questions, concerns or complaints regarding these Terms and Conditions or the operation of the Website, you may contact us through our Contact page.
If your enquiry concerns a specific loan application, loan agreement, repayment, interest charge, credit decision or other action taken by a Lender, you should also contact the relevant Lender using the customer-care or grievance-redressal details provided in its key facts statement, loan documentation, website or application.
